Case 3765: Thionia Stål, 1859 (Hemiptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Issidae): proposed designation of Issus cinctifrons Stål, 1854 as the type species. Vladimir M. Gnezdilov and Dmitry A. Dmitriev. (Acknowledgement of receipt published in BZN 75: 2; Case not published). Following correspondence with the author, it was determined that action by the Commission was not necessary if the authors designate a neotype for the type species of Thionia. This has been done by the authors in Zoosystematica Rossica 27 (1):137–141, on 25 June 2018. The Case is now closed.
